Audio Zone

I had a radio unit installed at Audio Zone. After the installation, I discovered that the dashboard trim next to the radio was cracked (see attached photos). This damage was not acceptable for a professional installation. I contacted the shop hoping they would take responsibility and resolve the issue, but I was disappointed with the outcome. I was informed that it is not their responsibility for broken parts or damage caused during installation. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience and the premium dollar they charge. I was at least expecting an apology for the damage. They offered none.

Go see for yourself! On a scorching summer day, my vacationing serendipitous journey led me to the illustrious and globally acclaimed Audio Zone sanctuary nestled in Orlando. This haven boasted an infinite array of rims and a mystical trove of premier audio treasures that beckoned with allure. The selection was not just vast; it was a symphony of excellence. High and Mid-range speakers resonated from 18Hz to celestial heights beyond 25Khz, a testament to the harmonious blend of art and engineering. As the symphony crescendoed, the deep, resonant tones of heavy-load subwoofers beckoned, a melody of bass that danced with the soul. The journey unfolded with a bold stroke as the team, led by Brother Amir, who orchestrated the removal of the lackluster Bose factory head unit. An amending of past errors ensued, as a four-channel punch amp that was previously hooked up to a

Amazing job done by the guys over at AudioZone. Trey helped me out a lot picking which speaker/tweets, amps and sub would go great with my preferences, and all cables hidden very out of sight. The wait is worth it. Audio done proper, I definitely recommend this place.

I went to Audio Zone to upgrade my radio interface. I had already been elsewhere but wanted to get it done as soon as possible. I also wanted to ensure that whoever installed it had the best knowledge and expertise. The moment I walked in, Trey was welcoming and extremely helpful. He helped me select the best radio for my needs. The pricing was competitive and he was able to schedule me for the next morning. The installation was quick and well done. He made sure I knew how to operate the radio. I will definitely be coming back for further upgrades.

Trey was able to assist me in professional services to rewire and install a new radio and bass in my Jeep that was great quality sound and operating efficiently. Great work! Looking forward to doing business with this shop in the future. Update: recently purchased tires, rims, tint for windows and sound bar with lights. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the products and sound.
